Profile Description

Profile to train on developing your aerobic base through flat and uphill techniques, splitting the ride into two parts.

First part consists of 25 minutes of flat techniques, where after a short activation we move on to a progressive increase in cadence using short moments of jumping while maintaining constant resistance, gradually increasing the intensity.

Recovery of about six minutes where we will actively increase the resistance before the last part of the climb.

Second part consisting of almost 25 minutes of uphill work where in addition to a gradual increase in speed we will have an increase in resistance in the second and fourth climb and where we will change technique with short sections of standing climb and jumping on a hill.
