Profile work on the development of your aerobic base through flat and uphill techniques using the same moments of work and recovery. (10 minutes of work – 5 minutes of rest)
he first part consists of a 6-minute activation and a second six-minute activation part in which, thanks to small gradual increments, the basis of our training path is built.
The following three blocks of work will consist of a flat section of 105 RPM with resistance increments and jumping blocks of eight and four and then a climb area between 140 and 146 RPM working with climbing techniques with a gradual increase in resistance and out of the saddle rides of a maximum of thirty seconds, alternating with the seated climb.
in the third block where the climb will consist of a seated climb for the first three minutes and blocks will be performed in the next two of jumping on a hill for eight times.
