Profile to work on developing the aerobic base mainly through climbing techniques.

The first part consists of an eight-minute activation and a part of work on the plains where resistance and balance are built with running outings preceded by an increase.

The running times can be increased or decreased depending on your class’s conditioning.

Second part of uphill work basically at constant intensity, reference 8o% MHR with changes in technique and mainly with a one to one ratio with seated climb technique.
